Returns and Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your product please reach out to us and we will try to make you love it.
If you still hate it you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Customer pays for return shipping.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, refunds will be initiated once we receive the item and it has passed restocking inspection.

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
The time it takes to receive the credit depends on your card issuer's policies.
